Mr. Neuman is widely recognized as a top strategist and attorney with extensive experience in business, finance and policy making. He is the Chief of Staff & Special Advisor to the President of the Baltimore Ravens, one of the most successful and respected sports franchises in all of professional sports. Prior, Mr. Neuman served as Chief of Staff, Strategy and Operations & Deputy General Counsel for the Big Ten Conference, serving as a key aide to the Commissioner and Presidents and Chancellors of the member institutions including the University of Maryland.
Mr. Neuman earned his undergraduate degree from Yeshiva University and completed his juris doctor at the University of Pennsylvania Law School, and his masters of public administration from the Fels Institute of Government. Mr. Neuman also serves as an adjunct faculty member at Columbia University. Mr. Neuman was recognized in The Athletic’s 40 under 40 and Modern Counsel’s 35 under 35.
