About the Position
Graber & Associates, an award-winning CPA firm in Baltimore is looking for a permanent full-time Assistant Office Manager. The Candidate will be:
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently
• Able to work with multiple tasks simultaneously
• Able to complete tasks and projects timely
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office
• Have Basic knowledge of QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Office Administrator and Professional Staff with various recurring projects.
• Provide and ensure efficient, accurate, quality service to internal and external contacts.
Position Knowledge, Skills, and Requirements:
• Exceptional organizational and analytical skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively and professionally with staff and management.
• Focus on using technology as a tool for effectiveness and efficiency.
• Prior CPA firm experience is a plus.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed
