About the Position

-Detail-oriented and reliable
-Tech-savvy (adept at office software, productivity tools, and troubleshooting basic IT issues)


Responsibilities Include:

-Answer phones and welcome guests with a professional, friendly demeanor.
-Maintain an organized and well-stocked office and kitchen.
-Manage office supplies and coordinate IT needs.
-Organize loan files and handle various administrative tasks.
-Plan and coordinate office events, marketing initiatives, and company meetings.
-Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding.
-Handle office-related errands as needed.
-Ensure conference rooms and office spaces remain clean, organized, and properly set up.
