About the Position
Monitor incoming client email addresses - forwarding accounts payable invoices to the team for processing, addressing any client issues, and coordinating with other team members as needed to bring resolution
Communicate with vendors as needed, to resolve any questions or concerns, in coordination with property accountant
Review all invoices for accuracy of GL coding, proper date, and property
Prepare weekly payments for each property
Reconcile all property bank (weekly) and escrow accounts (monthly), and investigate/record activity as needed
Reconcile significant balance sheet accounts to related sub-ledgers monthly, and investigate differences
Reconcile GPR to monthly income statement and investigate significant variances
Review all property move outs to ensure property recording
This is an in-office position, in our Pikesville office.
