Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu is being questioned in his home this morning, 4 Teves, ‘under warning’, hinting an indictment may be likely. Mr. Netanyahu is alleged to have illegally accepted gifts while serving as Prime Minister from persons in Israel and abroad.

Many feel this is the result of the left-wing media’s agenda, pointing out he has been questioned on numerous occasions and all the cases have been closed. There are those who opine a ruling Prime Minister should not be investigated, but such matters should be pushed off until leaving office. Among those is Prof. Alan Dershowitz, who explained to the Yisrael Hayom daily he should have a temporary immunity since dealing with this can hamper his responsibilities of running the nation.
