Victims lightly injured in both incidents, a shooting near Nablus and knifing on Jordan Valley highway; cops still searching for northern Negev stabber in third incident

Two police were lightly injured in separate shooting and stabbing attacks in the West Bank early Thursday.

The policeman, 43, was stabbed in the shoulder by a 14-year-old female resident of the Jordan Valley village of Ouja, outside Jericho, police said. The policeman was directing traffic there.

He was taken to the nearby Haemek Medical Center for treatment, according to the Magen David Adom ambulance service.... Read More: Times of Israel
