Almost 50 participants came together for a morning of Torah, inspiration, practical halacha, and much-needed clarity at the Agra D'Pirka Labor Day program.

Rabbi Boruch Fried of Beis HaVaad, Lakewood, addressed some of the most relevant and complex issues facing today’s business community, including poaching employees, competition, and the halachic parameters of fair business practices.

With tremendous clarity and depth, Rabbi Fried explored the various opinions of the Rishonim, explained the underlying sugyos, and presented the practical applications and psak halacha. Complex issues were broken down in a clear and engaging manner, giving participants a deeper understanding of the halachic guidelines that govern everyday business situations.

The second shiur was delivered by Rabbi Eichenstein, the Ziditchover Rebbe, who empowered the audience with a powerful perspective on the kedushah of Shabbos, particularly when Shabbos coincides with Rosh Hashanah. He explored how the unique kedushah of Shabbos can stand in our favor and help us merit a favorable judgment on the Yom HaDin.

It was a morning filled with Torah, inspiration, and practical guidance, giving participants both greater clarity in Choshen Mishpat and a renewed appreciation for the kedushah and power of Shabbos.
