Baltimore, MD - Nov. 5, 2024  -  Today is the day we get to exercise our constitutional and democratic right to cast our ballots in the General Election. When the polls opened at 7:00 a.m., lines had already been formed. It's great top see people are out there voting, despite some of the delays. Those who had to leave due to delays are encouraged to come back this afternoon to cast their ballots.

A couple of questions came into our office today. One was from someone from Montgomery County who works in Baltimore and will not be able to get back to Montgomery County in time. Can they still vote? The answer is yes. They will not have their Montgomery County ballot (with the local races, questions, etc.), but they will be given a Baltimore City or County provisional ballot, depending on where they go. Just ask for a provisional ballot when you arrive at the polls.

For those who have yet to register, please bring your Maryland ID or another document showing your name and Maryland address to the polls. You can register and vote provisional. For any other questions, please call our office at 410-484-3632, or visit MDvoting.info.

Thank you so much!
