About the Position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Precious Metals & Coin Specialist. This role involves evaluating, sorting, pricing, and processing coins, bullion, and other precious metal items. While prior experience or a background in numismatics or precious metals is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the intake, evaluation, and purchase of coins, bullion, and other precious metals

Learn to authenticate and assess items based on condition, rarity, and metal content

Sort and organize inventory by type, value, and significance

Help research and price items using market data and reference guides

Support listing, packaging, and shipping of items for online and in-store sales

Maintain accurate records of inventory, purchases, and sales

Provide courteous and professional service to customers and collectors

Stay informed on industry trends, spot prices, and collectibles markets

Qualifications:

Interest in coins, precious metals, collectibles, or related fields

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to learn and apply new information quickly

Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Prior experience in precious metals, numismatics, or related retail a plus but not required

Training will be provided for candidates with the right attitude and aptitude.

Job Description:

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Online Sales & Listings Assistant to help us post and manage listings for coins, precious metals, sports cards, and memorabilia on platforms like eBay and other online marketplaces. No prior experience is necessary—we’re happy to train the right person who’s motivated, organized, and ready to learn.

If you’re someone who enjoys working with collectibles, is comfortable using a computer, and takes pride in being accurate and efficient, this could be a great fit for you.

What You’ll Do:

Create listings for items such as coins, bullion, sports cards, and memorabilia

Write clear and accurate product descriptions

Take simple but clean photos of items for listings

Learn how to research pricing and market trends

Help keep inventory organized and updated

Package and ship items once they’re sold

Answer customer questions and messages professionally

Work closely with our team to prioritize items and maintain steady sales flow

Good attention to detail and willingness to follow processes

Comfortable using a computer and learning new systems

Strong work ethic and dependable—shows up on time and gets the job done

Able to stay organized, especially when handling multiple items

A positive attitude and willingness to learn about the collectibles world
