About the Position
Ahavas Yisrael is seeking a full-time Case Manager to join our warm and dedicated team.
This position involves developing tailored support plans and coordinating services. The Case Manager will also engage in ongoing communication and collaboration with other staff members, organizational leadership, and external resources.
We’re looking for someone who brings:
- A caring, proactive mindset and a passion for helping others
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- The ability to manage multiple responsibilities with attention to detail
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (client management system training provided)
- Professional licensure in a mental health or social work field (e.g., LMSW, LCSW, LCPC) is preferred
