Israel on Tuesday registered 6,275 new daily COVID-19 infections, marking the highest number since the peak of the pandemic in February, according to Health Ministry data.
The percentage of coronavirus tests that returned a positive result was 4.84 percent out of 130,669 people tested for the disease on Monday.
