Maryland's COVID-19 related statistics keep declining. The latest change is Maryland reporting under 100 new COVID-19 cases, the first time since March 25, 2020.
The Maryland health department reported 65 new cases, and a positivity rate of 1.44%, up .02% from the day before. One month ago, 939 new cases were reported.
The decline in cases can be attributed to the increase of the coronavirus vaccine being distributed.
