President Donald Trump Monday said has to assume Democrat nominee Joe Biden is a “professional” who knows how to debate, even if he doesn’t know if the former vice president is “all there.”

“He doesn’t seem to be answering questions, and he can’t answer questions,” the president said on Fox News’ “Fox and Friends.” “He did much worse a little while ago when he was on the stage with the Democrats, he couldn’t do well. He did OK with Bernie [Sanders]. It was sort of a tie. It was nothing great. I always say it was Winston Churchill, but it was OK.”

But with other Democrats, Biden was "horrible," and Sen. Elizabeth Warren "just destroyed him."

"And Kamala, as we call her Kamala, like a comma, she said, like a comma, she was so horrible to him," Trump said, referring to Biden's running mate, Sen. Kamala Harris, D-Calif. "What she said to him was terrible. I watched that and I'm shocked that he picked her because he was so treated so badly by Kamala, and then he picked her."
