The Baltimore City Department of Transportation announced Tuesday it is launching a rebranding campaign for the Charm City Circulator.

As the Charm City Circulator quickly approaches its 10-year anniversary, the city of Baltimore would like to celebrate the success of the unique service by rebranding its current logo and slogan.

The Department of Transportation is seeking input from the community to determine the new look for the CCC, and is encouraging the public to vote for its preferred logo and catchphrase.

Starting at noon Tuesday, members of the public can choose which CCC logo and slogan they favor by visiting http://charmcitycirculator.com/vote. Residents will be able to choose from three exclusive logo designs along with several slogans.

The public voting period will last for 30 days, and is scheduled to end Nov. 15. After that time, the winning logo and slogan with the most votes will be announced.

In addition to online voting, a public open house will be held on Oct. 29 from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. in the Assembly Hall of the Baltimore War Memorial Building. During the open house, visitors will be able to view the contest choices and vote for the design they like the most.

To further advertise this rebranding effort, links to the voting site will be posted on the department’s social media channels. Posters will also be placed on all CCC buses along with voting cards in order to make voting convenient for riders.

Upon completion of the contest, the CCC bus wrapping and full rebranding will begin in early 2020. The Department of Transportation encourages all Baltimore City residents and visitors to help choose the new look for the Charm City Circulator by voting for their favorite design.
