Baltimore, MD - Apr. 24, 2018 - Friday night around 10:45 PM, Shomrim dispatch received a call that a couple was held up at gun point near Steele Road and Taney Road. One unit responded to the house and other units canvassed the area looking for the suspect vehicle which was described as a silver Nissan SUV. The unit at the victim's home relayed info that  the suspects were three males wearing masks. One had a shotgun, one had a pistol. The female victim handed over her jewelry.

As units were canvassing, we received another call from someone who said that a frum man approached him and told him he was mugged in front of the Hatzalah building. However, he was no longer with the victim. Shomrim units were able to track down the victim after Shabbos and spoke with him. He described the vehicle also as a silver Nissan SUV. The suspects were described as a black male late 20s-early 30s with a handgun and a black juvenile aged 8-12 wearing a mask.


Police responded to both victims who were, Baruch HaShem, physically unharmed.
