It was just last week a federal jury found former Baltimore City State’s Attorney Marilyn Mosby guilty of two counts of perjury.

Now, she’s set to be back in court on January 18, facing two counts of making false statements on mortgage applications related to the purchases of two vacation homes in Florida.

“It’s a very strong case. She’s an attorney. She signed her name a bunch of times to a bunch of legal documents. It’s literally what we’re supposed to do for a living as lawyers,” said Kurt Nachtman of EN Lawyers.

Once that trial comes to an end, Mosby will be sentenced for the two perjury counts, each carrying a maximum sentence of five years.... Read More: FOX45
