Following a severe incident on Pinchas Rosen Street in Tel Aviv, multiple injuries have been reported. At 13:08, Magen David Adom's (MDA) 101 call center in the Dan region received a report about several individuals injured by a car.

According to eyewitnesses, a vehicle crashed into a bus stop, after which gunshots were heard. Five people, ranging in age from their 30s to a 46-year-old woman, were found injured near the bus stop. Injuries varied in severity, from mild to serious, with the 46-year-old woman suffering from multiple systemic injuries in serious condition. Two victims in their 30s were reported in moderate condition, while two others suffered mild injuries.

United Hatzalah volunteer EMTs Yossi Ackler and Dvir Adani, along with an ambulance team, were first on the scene. They provided initial treatment to the injured, who were then transported to the Meir, Beilinson, and Ichilov hospitals. "We arrived at the scene with Intensive care and BLS ambulances. We saw that it was a very serious scene," said MDA EMT Alon Shonim.

Due to the traumatic nature of the incident, United Hatzalah’s Psychotrauma and Crisis Response Unit provided emotional support to several individuals at the scene.

The terrorist was a Palestinian from the southern Hebron Hills who entered Israel for medical treatment.
