Israel Ministry of Defense and Hellenic Ministry of National Defence Sign €370 Million Defense Exports Agreement for Rafael's "Spike" Missiles

Defense exports agreement valued at approximately 370 million Euros signed between the Israel Ministry of Defense and the Hellenic Ministry of National Defence to acquire Rafael’s “Spike” missiles
Director General of the Israel Ministry of Defense, Maj. Gen. (Res.) Eyal Zamir and the Greek Director of the General Directorate for Defence Investments and Armaments, Vice Admiral (rtd) Aristeidis Alexopulos signed a GTG agreement for the export of naval, air and land-based spike missiles manufactured by "Rafael Advanced Defense Systems”.
The agreement is valued at approximately 1.44 billion NIS (approx. 370 million euros) and was led by SIBAT, the IMoD’s International Defense Cooperation Directorate.
The Spike anti-tank guided missiles manufactured by "Rafael" are innovative and precise electro-optical missiles that incorporate advanced technology. The Spike missiles can be launched from around 45 platforms from land, air, and sea. Some 40 countries around the world use the Spike missiles, including 19 EU countries and NATO allies. More than 34,000 missiles from the Spike family have already been delivered to various countries around the world and more than 6,000 of them have been launched, both during training as well as for operational use.
Minister of Defense Yoav Gallant: “This project joins a series of agreements between the State of Israel and the Hellenic Republic, and further emphasizes the strong partnership between our countries and our defense establishments, as well as our mutual commitment to ensuring regional stability.
I commend our defense industries - our technological capabilities enable the State of Israel to make positive economic and political achievements.”

Baltimore, MD - Oct. 3, 2025 - The U.S. Postal Service will implement holiday pricing increases starting Saturday to help cover additional handling costs during the busy shipping season.
The temporary price increases are designed to ensure a successful holiday season, according to a press release from USPS.
The price increases will depend on the size of the package and how far it's traveling, based on shipping zones. The lowest increase is 40 cents and the highest increase, for oversized packages traveling long distances, is $16.
The new prices will take effect Oct. 5 and last until Jan. 18.
A complete list of the prices can be found on the Postal Regulatory Commission's website.

In the wake of political activist and Donald Trump confidante Laura Loomer doxing a U.S. Army Research Lab scientist from Baltimore, Apple on Thursday removed apps from its store that allowed users to anonymously report sightings of Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents.

Manchester, England - Oct. 2, 2025 - Two Jews were murdered and three others were seriously injured today (Thursday) in a combined vehicle-ramming and stabbing attack outside a synagogue in Manchester, England. The attack was committed on Yom Kippur, the holiest day of the Jewish calendar.
