Baltimore, MD - Nov. 7, 2022 - With overflowing gratitude to Ha’Kadosh Baruch Hu, Kesser Torah of Baltimore is excited to welcome the entire Baltimore community to a Chanukas Habayis this Sunday, November 13th at 6:30pm on their campus.

Six years ago, Kesser Torah was nothing more than the dream of a few local parents and askanim, looking to establish another option for local bochurim in our, kn”h, growing community. Today, Kesser Torah has over 130 Talmidim learning from early in the morning to late at night on its 40+ acre campus at 8400 Park Heights Ave.

The closing for this campus occurred in June 2020, at the height of the pandemic, which did not allow the community to receive a proper introduction to this vital community asset. Additionally, as the prior owners of the property used the building as a monastery, according to halacha the yeshiva had to wait a year until it could transform a chapel into a Bais Medrash.

B”H, with the help of the community, construction on this project is now nearing completion and the yeshiva is ready to escort its Sifrei Torah from its temporary Bais Medrash, to its newly renovated Bais Medrash which will enhance the Kavod ha’Torah for which Baltimore is known.

Before bringing the Sifrei Torah to their new home, the community will hear Divrei Bracha from Gedolei Roshei Yeshiva from around the country.

Due to the large crowd expected for the event, parking will only be available at the Lifebridge Parking Lot at 1838 Greene Tree Rd. Shuttles will be available to campus from the parking lot.

The event is open to all men and women of our community.

We look forward to greeting you.
