Baltimore, MD - Sept. 2, 2021 - The following was sent yesterday to Bais Yaakov staff and parent body:
Dear Parents and Staff, עמו"ש
It is our pleasure to announce the appointment of Mrs. Beth Pasternak as the Bais Yaakov Lower Elementary School General Studies Coordinator. She will assume this new position after Sukkos.
Mrs. Pasternak brings with her over two decades of successful classroom and special education teaching experience in our own Bais Yaakov and Talmudical Academy of Baltimore. Her classroom experience harnesses her abilities to strengthen the foundations of general education. In addition, her background in reading and special education will be extremely useful to further improve the quality of instruction for every type of student in the classroom - inspiring them to build their skills and believe in themselves and their abilities.
Along with her wonderful personality, Mrs. Pasternak's professional expertise will enable her to form a strong working relationship with Mrs. Liora Rosen, Mrs. Miriam Trout, and Miss Penina Goldstein. Together, they will create a complete Preschool and Lower Elementary school leadership team to facilitate effective communication and collaboration throughout the entire Park Heights campus. Her warmth and professionalism will help her serve as a role model for our teachers and an ambassador to our parent body. In addition, she has earned a sterling reputation as a team facilitator and innovative educator, enabling her to guide and mentor our first and second-grade general studies faculty.
Mrs. Pasternak is familiar with Bais Yaakov as a former parent and a Learning Center educator in past years. She is committed to our school's success, invested in developing academic excellence, and dedicated to the growth of each child. We are confident that she will be a vital support to continue to increase the quality of chinuch, which Bais Yaakov provides to each student.
Please join us in welcoming Mrs. Pasternak to our Bais Yaakov family. She is eager to connect with each of you. We wish her much bracha and hatzlacha in her new appointment.
With warm wishes of a k’siva chasima tova,
