Israeli Bedouin with family in Gaza recruited snooped on Iron Dome batteries, prepared bomb attack
Shin Bet (Israel Security Agency) and Israel Police thwarted a bomb attack involving an Israeli citizen recruited by Hamas, the security service revealed Monday.
The attacker, who was arrested on August 15, was supposed to target the Bilu Junction.

Media reports identified the recruit as 30-year-old Mahmoud Makdad, a resident of Segev Shalom -- a Bedouin town in Israel's south.
Son of an Israeli Bedouin mother and a Gazan, he was picked by the terrorist group due to his ability to move between Israel and Gaza to visit family. Read more at i24
