Death toll rises to 922 as 917 patients are in hospitals, including 123 on assisted breathing
Israel registered 1,102 new COVID-19 coronavirus infections on Sunday, the country's Health Ministry reported Monday morning.
With just over 12,600 tests conducted in the past 24 hours, the positive ratio stood at 8.7 percent.
The new figures push the total cumulative number of infections in the country past the 115,000 mark throughout the pandemic, with Monday figures putting it at 115,057.
The country's death toll rose to 922, and the number of active cases in the country stands at 20,334, with 917 patients in hospitals.
Among those, 123 are in need of artificial lung ventilation, and 453 are said to be in a serious state. Read more at i24
