Among the 'green countries' Israelis can travel includes Bulgaria, Croatia, and parts of Greece

Israel on Sunday reopened its skies to commercial flights to a limited number of countries while allowing gatherings of up to 30 people as the coronavirus pandemic continues to rage across the country.

As of Sunday morning, Israeli travelers can fly to Bulgaria, Croatia, and four cities in Greece, including Athens, without being required to self-quarantine upon their return.

Travelers will, however, need to report to the Health Ministry 24-hours before their departure and undergo a coronavirus test before leaving the country.

Only 600 Israelis will be allowed to travel to Greece per week, pending an improvement in the health situation, in accordance with a directive adopted by the government last week. Read more at i24
