Sephardic Chief Rabbi criticizes Torah education organization for leaving out all mention of his father's rulings from books.

Rabbi Yitzhak Yosef, the Sephardic Chief Rabbi of Israel, criticized the Dirshu organization, which, he claimed, does not mention in the halachic books it prints the rulings of his father, former Chief Rabbi Rabbi Ovadia Yosef, ZTL.

"A few years ago, there were heads of the 'Dirshu' organization. I was given a gift for the volumes of 'Dirshu' secondary. I was allowed to receive a small gift. They brought me a clear subset of 'Dirshu'," Rabbi Yosef said during his weekly lessons last night.

"They were not seated yet, I immediately told them: 'One moment, I represent my master, the righteous [Rabbi Ovadia Yosef]. We Why did you never mention him? What is this? Bialik, Ahad Ha'Am? Where is the Yaviah Omer, the Hazon Ovadia, the Yalkut Yosef? Why didn't you mention them? Unbelievable," Rabbi Yosef said. Read more at Arutz-7
