WARWICK, N.Y. (AP) — A 19-year-old accused of spray-painting swastikas and other Nazi graffiti at a Jewish cemetery in upstate New York has pleaded guilty to a hate crime charge.

The Times Herald-Record of Middletown reports that Eric Carbonaro pleaded guilty Wednesday to charges of tampering with evidence and fifth-degree conspiracy as a hate crime.
