The White House circulated an information sheet on Monday titled, “What You Need To Know About The Violent Animals Of MS-13,” doubling down on President Donald Trump’s use of the word “animals” to describe some undocumented immigrants last week, the Daily Beast reports.

The descriptor appears in the rundown 10 times as it describes violent acts committed by gang members. “President Trump’s entire Administration is working tirelessly to bring these violent animals to justice,” the statement said. Last week, Trump described immigrants as “animals” during a meeting about sanctuary cities. White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders then said that she didn’t think the “term that the president used was strong enough.”
