IDF spokesperson: Following Hamas’ violation of the pause, combat has resumed in the Gaza Strip; Since 7:00, the IDF has struck over 200 terror targets.

Following Hamas’ violation of the operational pause, over the last few hours, ground, air and naval forces struck terror targets in the north and south of the Gaza Strip, including in Khan Yunis and Rafah.

The IDF struck areas booby-trapped with explosives, terror tunnel shafts, launch posts, and operational command centers designated by Hamas for use in the renewed fighting.

 IDF spokesperson: Following the initial report regarding sirens sounding in northern Israel, the IDF Aerial Defense Array successfully intercepted a suspicious aerial target that crossed from Lebanon into Israeli territory. The sirens regarding rockets and missiles were activated as a result of the interceptor launch.

 Reports of IDF reserve forces holding drills in northern Israel ahead of possible military action; infantry, engineering & armored corps mobilized for exercises.

 Israel to Hamas: The fighting will continue until Hamas is destroyed and the captives are returned. If Hamas gives us our women and baby back, we will pause the fighting for one day.

 The Gazans are reporting "belt of fire" attacks in Khan Yunis with frequent IDF artillery and air strikes continuing throughout the Gaza non stop today.
