Notice of Request for Proposals (RFP)

The Talmudical Academy of Baltimore invites FSMCs to submit sealed proposals to
provide food services for site(s) that participate in the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Summer Food Service Program. Specifications and proposals may be obtained from skrupp@talmudicalacademy.org beginning on May 23, 2024 from 9:00am until June 7, 2024.

Sealed bids presented in duplicate will be received by Talmudical Academy of Baltimore at 4445 Old Court Rd. Baltimore, MD 21208 until June 7, 2024 at 9:00am for the contract period June 23, 2024 through May 31, 2025 of contract inclusive.

Sealed bids from those bidders meeting qualifications criteria will be opened on June 7, 2024 at 12:00pm with award to be made on June 9, 2024 at 12:00pm date. The agency reserves the right to check all outside references.

Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in bids received. All awards are made pending Maryland State Department of Education review for USDA regulatory compliance.
