A homicide investigation is underway after a body was found in the Inner Harbor in Baltimore, according to the Baltimore City Police Department.

The department says at around 1:40 pm, officers were called to the area of the 700 block of Aliceanna Street to investigate a body that was discovered in the harbor.

Police found the body of a man but were unable to find any signs of trauma, said authorities.

The investigation was taken up by homicide detectives after they arrived. Upon receiving the body, the Medical Examiner's Office will conduct an autopsy in order to determine the cause of death and the individual's identity.... Read More: FOX45
