Maryland is back on New York's quarantine list as of Tuesday, WNBC reported.

New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo announced Tuesday that Maryland and Arizona are being re-added to the list, which now includes 40 U.S. states and territories. No hotspots were removed from the list.

The restrictions now apply to Alaska, Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Guam, Iowa, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wyoming and Wisconsin.
