Baltimore, MD - Dec. 13, 2019 - 3 years ago today a Maryland State Police trooper walked into our house and told my father and I that my brother was killed in a car accident and my mother was fighting for her life at Medstar Washington Hospital. At that moment our lives changed forever. Of course it changed because our son/brother was just killed and we were "that" close to losing our mother, but it changed when we literally saw the entire world crying, praying and storming the gates of heaven for our mother and our family. We saw and still see the things that people do to make sure we are all ok. From what I understand, this accident, for whatever reason, touched so many people and changed so many people. So here I am exactly 3 years after I begged you all to pray for my mother, to let you know that although we were dealt a huge blow and continue to cope with this unimaginable situation, we are still standing. And standing only because of the love and support that has been shown to us during these hard times. Everything that everyone did encouraged us to "get through." Though each person in my family wakes up everyday trying get out of this terrible dream, we each look at our mother and realize that without everyone's prayers and good deeds and the AMAZING doctors and nurses she would not be here.

So I must stop here and say THANK YOU! No words will really express how much gratitude we have for each and every one of you.

I wanted to specifically thank, all of the medical personel and law enforcement at the scene who saved my mother and tried their best to save Moshe.

I want to thank every single doctor and nurse at Medstar Washington Hospital who literally worked round the clock to keep our mother alive.

I want to thank the doctors and nurses at Children’s National Hospital who tried their best to save Moshe when he was brought in.

I want to thank every person at Maryland State Police Aviation

I must also say, thank GD for sending the right people to care for my mother, Moshe and our family!

Thank you again to everyone around the world.

In the future we should only hear and celebrate happiness
