Gov. Larry Hogan is weighing in on whether kids should be required to wear masks in schools, saying the virus is nearly extinguished here in Maryland, kids shouldn't have to wear masks, and should not have to social distance when they return to the classroom.

"They should be 100% open and every kid should be back in school."
