Now Offering dual Flu and PCR Covid Testing. The online form (link below) will guide you to register for both tests, only one swab is needed for both tests. PCR results from evening sessions usually available within 24-36 hours.

[All PCR tests (from any earlier or rapid sessions) are only sent to the lab that night, so results will only be available the following afternoon at the earliest. Also, due to the early onset of Shabbos now, test results from Thursday night will not likely be available before Shabbos begins.]

Sunday 12/20 - Thursday 12/24 - 7:30 PM-8:15 PM

If you are symptomatic (only), you may be eligible for rapid test. Click here for info on obtaining rapid testing. Rapid tests are not available to those who are not symptomatic.

A $10/car (not per test) donation is requested to cover incurred costs of operating the testing site. Payment can be made online here.

  2.   A few minutes after you complete the form, you will be emailed the completed lab form and paperwork to print and bring with you to the test site.
