Annapolis, MD - Feb. 2, 2024 - As Juvenile crime continues to rise, Delegate Dalya Attar introduces several pieces of legislation to address this violence. From lowering the age to 10 for a juvenile to be charged with certain crimes, to increasing probation and GPS violations notifications, the bills will be heard in the General Assembly next week. The Governor, Lt Governor, House Speaker, Senate President, Delegate Attar and other leaders held a press conference discussing their Juvenile reform package.
