This Sunday: TAG Baltimore Kosher Tech Expo And Filtering Event!

Baltimore, MD - Sept. 1, 2022 - For the first time, TAG Baltimore is hosting a Kosher Tech Expo and Filtering Event. As the Yomim Noraim approach, along with the recent community-wide inspiration for change and common feelings to take more responsibility and ownership of our technology, TAG Baltimore has received an unprecedented amount of questions and requests. Members of our community want to understand how they and their families can use technology efficiently and responsibly.
What is the easiest way to control my device use while still having the technology I need to function? What options are there for Kosher smartphones? Which flip phone is the easiest to use after having used a smartphone for years? Which model is the best one for kids? Can I still have WhatsApp and block other apps? Can I install time limits on my device to be mindful of my time?
The answers are here! We have recruited a team of TAG filtering experts from NY and NJ to join the local TAG Baltimore team on September 11th at Shaarei Zion from 11 am to 10 pm to ensure there will be a large group of experts available all day to provide quick and efficient advice and filter installations. Along with filtering, tech advice, and Kosher Tech for sale, there are a number of organizations presenting material and a chance to connect socially with other like-minded community members. Some of the organizations include MUST (Mothers Unite to Stall Technology in their children's classes), LinkUP (group based chizuk opportunity to help control technology in our homes and lives), and Hineini (a set of classes available for inspiration, growth, and technology awareness).
