About the Position

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Corporate Services Specialist. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our client's corporate entities. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
• Entity formation and maintenance: Processing new entity formation requests, preparing and filing annual reports and other compliance documents and maintaining accurate entity records.
• Document management: Managing client portal access, ensuring proper organization and accessibility.
• Client communication: Responding to client inquiries promptly and professionally, providing updates on the status of filings and other requests, and addressing any concerns they may have.
• Bachelor's or Associates degree in business administration, paralegal studies, or a related field preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
