About the Position
Individual will be responsible for the following tasks:
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Communicating with tenants and owners to assist them, or direct them to the right department.
• Communicating with vendors to assist them or direct them to the right department.
• Sending out invoices to property owners for work the company does for them, and • ensuring payment is received.
• Ensuring all payables are paid on time.
• Updating our portal with all necessary documents and transactions.
• Categorizing all transactions incoming and outgoing from the company accounts.
• Assisting other workers with submitting requests to other vendors and following up on them.

• Organized and detail-oriented
• Computer proficiency including Google sheets and Google docs
• Ability to interact with co-workers, external contacts, and customers in a pleasant, professional, and effective manner both verbally and in email communications

Pay rate is $30- $40 an hour based on experience.
All Yomim Tovim (including Chol Hamoed) are paid time off.
Shortened hours for Erev Yom Tov and Erev Shabbos.
