Graber & Associates, an award winning CPA firm in Baltimore is looking for a permanent full time Assistant to the Office Administrator. This person will deal closely with our clients to deliver timely and accurate financial and tax data. The succussful candidate will
Be mature
Be extremely organized and detail oriented
Work independently
Work with many tasks simultaneously
Be able to complete task and projects timely
Have Proficient knowledge in MS Office
Have Basic knowledge of QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Firm Administrator and Professional Staff with various recurring projects.
Provide and ensure efficient, accurate, quality service to internal and external contacts.
Position Knowledge, Skills, and Requirements:
Exceptional organizational and analytical skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively and professionally with staff and management
Prior CPA firm experience a plus.
Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
