About the Position
Receptionist to take calls and schedule appointments and place appointments on calendar.
Also will make calls and arrangements for various appointments and trips.
Seeking a “people person”
Proficiency with vonage and Google calendar and Gmail and Zoom a must.
Proficiency with Adobe a plus.
Will need an up to date smart phone and a computer and high speed internet.
This is a work at home position so you must have a quiet organized place in your home to work.
A desk and a comfortable chair.
40 hours per week 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday
Friday afternoons are negotiable.
Location: Baltimore/washington Area, MD
Salary: 15 per hour
