About the Position

Response Alert LLC, established in 1976, is a family owned medical alert company headquartered in Baltimore, MD within a few minutes of the Frum community. Our company is growing, servicing clients in the entire state of Maryland, parts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as the 5 boroughs of New York City. We are seeking a full time office staff member at this time.

Full Time Job Description:

This is a Full-Time office position, consisting of approximately 40 hours of work per week.

The work involves scheduling appointments, testing and preparing medical alert systems, data entry, mailing systems to clients’ homes, installing systems over the phone, and troubleshooting system issues in the field.

No experience necessary but office experience preferred. There will be paid training.

Must be friendly and patient with seniors and persons with disabilities.

Requirements:

Good work ethic

Organized and detail-oriented

Basic technical computer skills, typing skills, and comfortable working with electronic equipment

Pleasant and clear telephone voice

Friendly and easy to work with

Patience and consideration towards elderly clientele
