Account Payable Specialist/Office Manager

About the Position

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Property management firm looking to hire Bookkeeper/AP/Office Manager. The ideal candidate must demonstrate that they are motivated to go the extra mile, goal and detailed oriented, is always looking to learn and expand their skill set, and has a polished and professional demeanor. Responsibilities include, but our not limited to:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Accounts Payables – Receiving, processing, and posting invoices.
• Cash Management – manage the flow of bank accounts, credit cards and
transfers
• Payroll – Manage ADP payroll
• Bank Reconciliations – monthly bank rec audit
• Liaise with banks/lenders and prepare ad-hoc reports
• Assist with miscellaneous office tasks
• Communicate with firm accountants

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum 3 years experience in a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Ability to work well under pressure with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Fast-learner, results-oriented, inquisitive individual motivated to grow
and develop with our firm
• Confident, team player who can help create, refine and expand this role
over time
• Problem solving skills

BENEFITS:
• Salary Range $40,000 to $50,000
