Come join the Global Teletherapy Team! This is a thriving company in the fast-paced and growing industry of teletherapy. Seeking a qualified candidate to fill a full-time backend recruiting role. The Backend Recruiter’s job is to send candidates through from application review to the welcome call stage. Recruiter will provide candidates with optimal "user experience" during the initial application process. The position involves coordination and communication via phone, email, text, and video messaging with internal employees and therapists. Organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving are all key aspects of this job. Ideal candidate for this position will be a hard-working individual with a personable, enthusiastic and passionate personality. The job may be done remotely or in our Pikesville office. If working remotely, the work environment must be quiet/professional (no children in the background, etc).

About the Position

Job Descriptions:
Reviewing therapist resumes
Transitioning candidates into the next stages of the onboarding process
Effectively rejecting candidates
Sending Reference Requests
Setting up interviews
Following up with candidates via phone, video messages, emails and texts.
Data collection and analysis
Communicating with internal team and management

Requirements:
Ability to communicate via phone and email in a professional manner
Ability to problem solve
Excellent organization and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs/Google Drive (primarily spreadsheets)
Committed to growing programs and providing excellent client service to deliver high levels of client satisfaction to ensure retention
Quick learner and patient
Ambitious, enthusiastic, and comfortable conversing with others.
Minimum 1+ years of professional work experience
Ability to work 35/40 hours per week
Authorized to work in the US
