About the Position

The Office Assistant/Bookkeeper will

Be mature
Be extremely organized and detail oriented
Be able to work independently
Be able to work with many tasks simultaneously
Be able to complete task and projects timely
Have Proficient knowledge in MS Office
Have Basic knowledge of QuickBooks Online

Key Responsibilities:

The candidate will be responsible for basic bookkeeping.
Assist the Office Administrator and Professional Staff with various recurring projects.
Provide and ensure efficient, accurate, quality service to internal and external contacts.

Exceptional organizational and analytical skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively and professionally with staff and management.
