About the Position
This senior position oversees the successful recruiting of hundreds of independent contractor therapists across the country. Managing the Recruiting Department includes workflow processes, software solutions, and staff.
Title Recruiting Director
Reports To COO
Responsibilities
Learn the entire recruiting workflow quickly
Assess the current situation and help management to organize/restructure/streamline the workflow process
Design a KPI reporting system
Research and select position advertising options
Manage the process and the people
Refine training for onboarding new recruiters
Participate in current recruiting software build out
Develop an annual recruiting plan to ensure success
Skills and Knowledge
Outstanding business and people management skills
Analytical + highly detail oriented
Deep understanding of recruiting process workflows
Excellent organizational and performance reporting skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Engaging personality
Team player
Self-motivated with ability to work independently
Background
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Human Resource Management or related field is preferred
minimum 3-5 years middle management experience or equivalent
