About the Position

Global Teletherapy is seeking a highly motivated and talented team player to join our fast‐paced, growing and challenging environment. The ideal candidate is dynamic and professional and has work experience that focuses on communication, recruitment, or customer relations in a business or organization. The position focuses on the vetting and placement of high-quality candidates (therapists) within our national network of clients. Outstanding customer services and collaboration are integral to this position.


Principle Duties and Responsibilities

Work independently and manage multiple high priorities workload functions associated with the backend of the company’s recruitment process.
Demonstrate required organizational skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Effectively communicate with candidates via telephone and email regarding the specifications of each opportunity, terms of their offer, and onboarding process.
Communicate with other employees within the recruitment department and in the other departments to ensure a smooth and seamless onboarding of new hires.
Search and keep track of candidates in our online database.
Ensure every candidate being considered for a position quickly moves through Global Teletherapy’s recruitment and hiring process
Manage the handling of all administrative tasks associated with the recruitment and hiring process –e.g., tracking applicants, interview invitations, thank you and regret letters, position file maintenance, etc.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must be an excellent communicator with strong work ethics, with the ability to connect with high-quality candidates and then build rapport to successfully help Global Teletherapy acquire new talent.
Must have strong written, organizational, and interpersonal skills and have the ability to follow through with tasks and responsibilities with efficiency

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES

Excellent organizational and performance reporting skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Must thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-sensitive environment.
Adaptable, quick learner with the skills to utilize company systems, processes, and procedures.
Proven history of collaborating and building relationships.
Skills in strategizing and thinking outside of the box.
Must have integrity and a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential issues involving all internal and external customers.


EXPERIENCE
At least 2 years of work experience in a professional work environment.
Work experience with a focus on communication, recruitment, or customer relations.
