About the Position

Responsibilities will include:

Processing customer billing, analyzing data, producing invoices and billing reports in an accurate and timely manner.

Investigate billing errors, resolve discrepancies and reconciles the account

Prepare Excel-based, PDF, or electronic uploaded invoices, for an assigned project

Manage requests from site managers and supervisors

Manage accounts and balances and identifying inconsistencies

High degree of attention to detail and trustworthiness

Assist with special projects as needed


Quick learner of software packages and web-based services

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Strong attention to detail

Adaptable and proactive

Ability to work well independently and as a team player in a fast-paced environment

Experience with MS Office

Basic knowledge in bookkeeping and accounting

Knowledge of Quickbooks is a plus
