About the Position

Graber & Associates, an award winning CPA firm in Baltimore is looking for a permanent full time Office Assistant/Bookkeeper.
The Office Assistant/Bookkeeper will
• Be mature
• Be extremely organized and detail oriented
• Be able to work independently
• Be able to work with many tasks simultaneously
• Be able to complete task and projects timely
• Have Proficient knowledge in MS Office
• Have Basic knowledge of QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online
Key Responsibilities:
• The candidate will be responsible for basic client bookkeeping.
• Assist the Office Administrator and Professional Staff with various recurring projects.
• Provide and ensure efficient, accurate, quality service to internal and external contacts.
Position Knowledge, Skills, and Requirements:
• Exceptional organizational and analytical skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively and professionally with staff and management
• Prior CPA firm experience a plus.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
