Office Manager - Property Management Company

Chesapeake Management is looking for an Office Manager for a Real Estate and Property Management Company.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Preparing and signing new leases with tenants

Paying Water and Electric Bills

Obtaining and keeping up with Property Registration

Paying Property Taxes and appealing when necessary

Processing Eviction paperwork

Following up on Citations & Violations

Obtaining insurance on new properties and preparing entries for monthly insurance payments

Eligible candidate will be trained in all areas mentioned above.

Ideal candidate should be computer savvy, organized, detail oriented and be able to multi task in a busy office.

32- 35 hours a week
