Israel Police have made thirteen arrests as of Wednesday morning, 17 Adar in an unfolding corruption case involving IAI (Israel Aerospace Industries). The undercover investigation is being handled by the Lahav Unit (433), Israel equivalent of the FBI. Among the suspects taken into custody are former senior IAI officials and employees.

Police are using terms such as “deep and widespread corruption” in IAI and charges are likely to include money laundering, fraud, breach of trust, and theft by public officials.
