Jerusalem, Israel - Oct. 18, 2016 - The second day Yom Tov is always a strange mix in and around Yerushalayim. Thousands of tourists fill hotels and residential holiday apartments.Some keep one day of Yom Tov as the Israelis, while hundreds of others keep two days Yom Tov.

A visit to Jerusalem Waldorf Astoria sukkah, found the Rubin family from New York sitting and singing in Yom Tov mode well into the afternoon of second day of Sukkos.

 

Meanwhile, the Israel Museum held its annual Kite Festival, Derech Beit Lechem held a street festival with music, performers and much more. 

Simhas Beis Hashoeva music filled the night air and streets in numerous neighborhoods, synagogues and yeshivas.
